This website has been developed and hosted by Dr. Ashesa Kumar Kar with the aim of fostering compassion for stray animals. He is a distinguished veterinarian from Odisha He has recently retired from government service as Joint Director (AW). Dr. Kar has served as a resource person at various training institutes across Odisha. His extensive knowledge and skills have been leveraged by the Gopandhu Academy of Administration in Bhubaneswar to develop educational materials for the training of Paravets as part of the Capacity Building for Poverty Reduction (CBPR) initiative. Additionally, he has provided guidance to numerous animal husbandry farmers and entrepreneurs.
